6) Linda drank yesterday: 1.5 pints of water, 1 pint of orange juice and 0.5 pints of tea. How many litres did she drink?


water: 1.5 : 1.75 = 0.86 l
orange juice: 1 : 1.75 = 0.57 l
tea: 0.5 : 1.75 = 0.29 l
0.86 + 0.57 + 0.29 = 1.72
She drank 1.72 litres
